Ok ladies, details for celebration 2009 is as follows;
10th year loh!!
Date : 09-11 Oct (Friday - Sunday)
BBQ is on 10oct, which is the saturday night.
Time : evening maybe from 5 or 6 til late
Venue : Costa Sand Pasir Ris
a change because have feedback that downtown too small

Logistics
Drinks and Ice ---> Maybe I can suggest jeslyn and ray? coz bbq always they in charge of water. The rest we settle.
Equipment ---> Anybody who has tongs, skewers and food handling tools etc please bring along. Washing soap, sponge for basic washing.
Food---> Prawns, ORIGINAL crabsticks, mushrooms, stingray, sotong, chicken parts, taiwan sausage, bacon, sotong balls? this part here plz kindly suggest
Misc---> Radio, Playing cards, Mahjong, and items suitable for BBQ please kindly bring along..
In the meantime, lets decide on what food we want.

Guys, Serene has a flight on 9th midnight and has to be home to prepare on the same night. so she wont be able to join us.. =(
can we be more pro now that we are advancing into our 10th year BBQ session?? hahaha..
let's have some "recipe" to our BBQ can?
1. Bacon wrapped enoki mushrooms
2. Salted portobello mushrooms
3. Honey marinated chicken wings with a dash of lemon and garlic seasoning
4. lean pork & asapagus on skewer
5. Black pepper stir-fried beef
6. Char-grilled tiger prawns
I will bring 2 bots of wine. \^-^/
haha okie. i was thinking of having steak also
okie ppl. its drawing nearer to the date. who is buying what?
